A : The LLC is free for Mahidol students, faculty & staff, and public.

A : no, the LLC is closed on weekends and on public holidays.

A : Most items at the LLC, including DVDs, can only be used at the LLC and can’t be taken home.

A : If you want to listen to your own CD or watch your own DVD, please bring your personal laptop – LLC equipment is for LLC resources.

A : No, we don’t have printer for student but we hope to have it soon.

A : Yes, you can ensure that a movie or a computer is available for you when you want to booking it at least three days in advance at the counter, or by contacting LLC staff by phone or email.

A : You can photocopy or scan pages from books. Please tell LLC staff. You may not copy the LLC’s DVD or language software.

A : Snacks and beverages are permitted in this area. Meals or messy, noisy or strong – smelling foods are not permitted. Unattended food or beverages are subject to being disposed of by staff. Clean up any spills right away-if additional assistance is needed, contact LLC staff at any desk. Properly dispose of all food, trash, compostable, and recycling.

A : There is no limit, but please be considerate – the computers are in high demand, so make sure you don’t keep them unnecessarily occupied. If you leave a computer unattended longer than 20 minutes, you’ll be logged out and your belongings removed to allow someone else to take your place. Note that priority is given to students wanting to do language practice.
