วันที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 หน่วยบริหารงานวิจัย คณะศิลปศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรมอาศรมศิลปศาสตร์วิจัย (Share Tips ครั้งที่ 1) หัวข้อ “ทำวิจัยเพื่อขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการกันเถอะ” ภายใต้โครงการอาศรมศิลปศาสตร์วิจัย ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2567 ณ ห้องประชุม 728 ชั้น 7 อาคารสิริวิทยา คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ศาลายา และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Cisco Webex Meetings นำโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมบูรณ์ พจน์ประสาท รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและวิชาการเพื่อสังคม ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรให้คำแนะนำถึงทิศทางการทำงานวิจัยของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์การเขียนบทความวิจัยเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารที่มีคุณภาพสูง (Scopus) จากนั้นหน่วยบริหารงานวิจัย งานวิจัยและวิชาการ แนะนำระบบบริหารงานวิจัย ว่าด้วยการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนบุคลากรสายวิชาการในการผลิตงานวิจัย และหน่วยทรัพยากรบุคคลและนิติการ งานบริหารและธุรการ ได้ให้ข้อแนะนำการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลักดันและสนับสนุนบุคลากรสายวิชาการให้ผลิตผลงานวิจัยได้มากขึ้น เพื่อขอทุนอุดหนุนการวิจัยจากแหล่งทุนต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอก อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการขอตำแหน่งทางวิชาการต่อไป
Liberal Arts Research Seminar (Share Tips #1)
On February 21, 2024, the Research Administration Unit of the Faculty of Liberal Arts hosted the Liberal Arts Research Seminar (Share Tips #1) under the theme “Let’s Do Research for Academic Ranks.” This event was part of the annual budget plan for the Liberal Arts Research Seminar project in 2024. It took place in Meeting Room 728 on the 7th floor of the Sirividhaya Building, within the Faculty of Liberal Arts, at Mahidol University’s Salaya Campus. Additionally, it was accessible online through Cisco Webex Meetings. The seminar was led by Asst. Prof. Somboon Pojprasat, Ph.D., Deputy Dean for Research and Social Services, who served as the honored guest speaker. He provided guidance on the direction of research work within the Faculty of Liberal Arts and shared his experience with writing research articles for publication in high-quality journals, such as those indexed in Scopus. Following his discussion, the Research Administration Unit and Research and Academic Affairs introduced the research management system, focusing on the promotion and support of academic staff in their research endeavors. Additionally, the Human Resources and Legal Affairs Unit, along with Administration and Secretarial Affairs, offered advice on applying for academic ranks to the seminar participants.
The purpose of the aforementioned activity is to promote and support academic staff in producing more research outputs, with the aim of securing research funding from various internal and external sources. This will be beneficial for future academic rank applications.
