วันที่ 26-27 มกราคม 2567 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. อภิวิชญ์ เลี้ยงอิสสระ คณบดีคณะศิลปศาสตร์ ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชการระดับนานาชาติของสมาคมครูผู้สอนภาษาอังกฤษแห่งประเทศไทยครั้งที่ 43 (The 43rd Thailand TESOL International Conference 2024) ณ โรงแรม The Empress Chiangmai จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในหัวข้อ “Reconnecting ELT Professionals for Glocal Sustainability” โดยการประชุมวิชาการครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อแบ่งปันความรู้ ถ่ายทอดนวัตกรรมด้านการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษระหว่างนักวิชาการ นักวิจัย คณาจารย์และนักศึกษาในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการศึกษาภาษาอังกฤษ
การประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ Thailand TESOL Conference จัดว่าเป็นการประชุมวิชาการในสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทยและมีผู้เข้าร่วมการประชุมและนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการจากทั่วโลกมากกว่า 500 คนซึ่งเป็นโอกาสที่ดีที่คณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลที่มีหลักสูตรปริญญาตรีสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ และหลักสูตรบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ได้สร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการเพื่อความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการของการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวิจัยและความร่วมมือของคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรกับเครือข่ายต่อไปในอนาคต

On January 26-27, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Aphiwit Liang-Itsara, the Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, attended the 43rd Thailand TESOL International Conference 2024 at The Empress Chiangmai Hotel in Chiang Mai. The conference, themed “Reconnecting ELT Professionals for Glocal Sustainability,” was organized to share knowledge and innovations in the field of English language teaching and learning among scholars, researchers, professors, and students internationally.
The Thailand TESOL Conference is recognized as the largest English language education conference in Thailand, with over 500 participants and presenters worldwide. This event serves as a platform for exchanging academic insights and research findings in the realm of English language education. This event serves as a great opportunity for the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Mahidol University, with the undergraduate program in English and graduate programs in Applied Linguistics, to build academic networks to strengthen teaching, research, and collaboration among faculty members, students, and networks in the future.
